"I would like to send you a 'Praise Note' for keeping the Board of Directors on their toes!!!!!" Will I be in the running for the hat?

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Jeff, As an employee I actually think it’s a great idea! I think recognizing your peers with gratitude is always a positive. Some may find it ”childish” until they actually get a nicely written compliment they didn’t expect thanking them for their hard work of going above and beyond. Colby |
And I’m sure some will find it that way regardless, but I thought it was a good idea personally
