As an employee I actually think it’s a great idea! I think recognizing your peers with gratitude is always a positive. Some may find it ”childish” until they actually get a nicely written compliment they didn’t expect thanking them for their hard work of going above and beyond. And I’m sure some will find it that way regardless, but I thought it was a good idea personally Colby |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Robert Sorry to disagree, but every big company I have worked for has had a program like this. IMHO it is definitely not a first grade exercise. At the company I retired from, these individual rewards had up to $500 attached to them. They were s great morale booster and employees really loved them. I received a number of these and appreciated each one more for the thought than the money... soooooo... I would certainly do this program... will be nice to know that sometimes... employees are saying nice things about each other... only change I would make is to have each award get miney, not just a few whi get drawn.
