I have not checked, but I presume that Tucker was appointed parliamentarian.
He acted as parliamentarian but I cannot recall if there was any approval of positions for the meeting. There was some confusion at the beginning due to a temporary lack of quorum. Cal it hyperbole. Is that satisfactory to you? I continue to see your comments as unwarranted and certainly unproductive. As always, your comments are welcome. Call my concerns over Bailey's publicly stated comments on drainage whatever you like. I believe association members need to be informed and made aware of ongoing actions by the GM that may impact their lives and money. I believe it is prudent to get involved NOW on this issue and not wait until budget time or whenever this issue may be formally decided and presented as a fait accompli without hardly any member knowledge. It would be foolish to suggest things cannot happen behind the backs of members. One need look no further than the recent removal of 300 geese. At least in the instance of drainage, Bailey is giving advance warning; we ignore it at our own peril. |
