Once again, thanks to you, most OP Association members would have never known about the special meeting this Saturday and the closed session to follow that special meeting.   Given that most association members do not read the OP website the only way we learn of these issues is when you write your commentary and then send out an email to all of us inviting us to go to your forum and read your commentary.  

At this point, we should not even want to know the nature of the charge or the employee involved. What every association member should want is an explanation of why Director Trendic was hung out to dry publicly, totally unable to defend himself without violating the nonsensical code of ethics passed by the board. Has the Board no shame? What was done to Trendic, in this case, is indefensible at any level. 

You are correct.  In this case what has been done to Director Trendic is indefensible at any level.
