Thanks Tom,
It is unfortunate that in OPA politics is more important than performance. I tried very hard to support employees that needed help, assistance, support from HR. What happened to me should have a chilling effect on every employee at OPA...the Board can snap their fingers to remove any employee, at any time, for any reason. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Hi Nate Thanks for interviewing with Joe for the forum. This has helped very much for your friends on the forum to understand how unfairly you were treated. Seems the powers in control had their guns (i,e, accusations) all loaded up, initially aiming at Trendic and then shifting their cross hairs to you. Scapegoating. Unfair. Unreasonable. Hoping you'll move forward with the same grace, as you've already remarked, when saying -- "I am passionate about trying to improve things that are important to me, and OPA is important to me. I was trying to make a positive difference." IMO this shows you have a great attitude despite all the turmoil. Good luck. Tom |
