| I think that some like myself just wanted to know with certainty what happened to the missing funds. It seems that we still don't know this although the forensic audit points to bank employees. Like others have expressed, with all the evidence now pointing to the bank , OPA officials should be having very pointed conversations with the bank regarding restitution. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: PW addressed by then President Stevens three years ago. My observation that some were hoping an employee would be found guilty is no more speculation than your view that no one would hope so. OP is not hiring internal auditor. |
