For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I think that some like myself just wanted to know with certainty what happened to the missing funds. It seems that we still don't know this although the forensic audit points to bank employees. Like others have expressed, with all the evidence now pointing to the bank , OPA officials should be having very pointed conversations with the bank regarding restitution. |
