Takes 4 board members to endorse any board action.  So there's shared responsibility for foibles occurring.  Here's hoping enough of them begin to "see the "light".  Begin responsibility.  Yet I'd not be optimistic, as the foibles have continued, on top of that recent move for building a $$$ million reserve plan  (slush fund).  Adds to your observation re: craft bldg.   

Wondering -- did that gentleman do the right thing, and disclose his wife's interest in that craft group??  Was he doing the ethical disclosure??  Or hiding it ???
