Perrone's commentary on the referendum was stunning. It boiled down to (i) the petitioners' lawyer hurt our feelings and (ii) we simply don't like this referendum petition. No attempt to use the OPA lawyer's argument for why the petition was not in compliance but rather a shocking admission of "we don't think its appropriate." Good grief he's making the petitioners' lawyers' case for him !!!!! His fellow directors should have started shaking their heads and given him the cutoff sign the minute he stood up.
He also said "we voted on it." In what meeting minutes can I find this vote? |
