The major part of the expense so far has been shouldered by voluntary contributions of money and time to contest an action by a board of directors whose expenses are borne by the same people and all the other members. If you have a problem with expense, there is only one group you should be talking to, not those who have been writing the checks. Listen carefully to what that board member said at a public meeting. Essentially, the board just didn't feel like recognizing the request. Period, end of story. But not quite. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, perhaps my point was not clear. I am not taking issue with the individual, but with the process. I believe people have the right to change the system. However, I think this could have been handled without going to court. Litigation is expensive and, in this instance, unnecessary. |
