Joe, perhaps my point was not clear. I am not taking issue with the individual, but with the process. I believe people have the right to change the system. However, I think this could have been handled without going to court. Litigation is expensive and, in this instance, unnecessary. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: William, trying to make this issue about Trendic as an individual is useless. The issue is the right of association members, including Trendic and the over 800 association members who signed a petition to take an issue to a referendum. Trying to make this a personal issue about Trendic personally is bottom-of-the-barrel, insidious politics. what are the relevant +$1 million projects that are urgently awaiting action None. That has nothing to do with the petition, an attempt to change the bylaws via referendum for future projects. You, and others, seemingly do not comprehend the actual issue here. The issue is NOT Trendic, it is not the petition itself. It is the right of any association members to use the current bylaws approved by a vote of all members back in 2008 to bring bylaws changes to a referendum. This petition should be taken to referendum. That is when you and all other association members can vote for or against the actual proposed bylaws changes. |
