Is there no recourse for a board violating the HOA act and the bhlaws?
For starters, it is an accusation until a court rules otherwise. There are two recourses -- the state consumer protection division (a waste of time); and the courts. The other longer term solution is who we elect. However, it seems that is not a solution as a practical matter. |
