Joe, please remember when we started talking about the project cost I was using my memory only from over 10 years ago. Again from memory Steve Soule had more than one option on this project. The option that cost the most ( 4 million or so) again from memory used a very big pipe that was way over sized for a 100 year storm or something to that effect. There were other options with different material pipe and smaller sizes. This study also may have included things that have already been done I have no clue. My input is to help verify the need for this project the last thing I want to do is get in the weeds with you about details that could have changed in the last 10 years. The flooding obviously has not but other things could have. There are a lot of smart people there I am positive they will have a cost. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I was using phases on how to complete the work in a timely manner but your probably correct. The only final say would be by a Judge. Otherwise, we all just have opinions. |
