For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, I know I have mentioned this in the past but I had 5 Generals managers in my 6 years as an OPA employee. The residents of Ocean Pines deserve better than the Boards have given them in the last 20 years. Do you think that any stability could ever happen? The employees suffer too as there is never any sense of security. I can tell you for sure it contributed to my exit. |
