For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: but it just seems different in OPA Land. Given that the average stay for a GM in HOAs across the country is apparently just six years, seems the board/gm conflict is rather universal. At any rate, there does not appear to be any OPA board conflict with the current GM. |
