but it just seems different in OPA Land.
Given that the average stay for a GM in HOAs across the country is apparently just six years, seems the board/gm conflict is rather universal. At any rate, there does not appear to be any OPA board conflict with the current GM. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Yes I understand that I just meant there seems to always be trouble between the board and the GM or the GM and the board. Differences and opinions are good but it just seems different in OPA Land. |
