once the Board President announces the start of the Public Hearing, the only comments allowed from those in the audience would be from specific individuals identified during the Public Hearing by either Viola or Janasek. Yes?
Might be what he meant to say, but he said nothing to that effect. I took what he said to mean that no one in the audience could say anything after public comments closed. |
