Tom, clarify for me. What I think you are saying is that once the Board President announces the start of the Public Hearing, the only comments allowed from those in the audience would be from specific individuals identified during the Public Hearing by either Viola or Janasek. Yes?
Based on the published agenda posted to the OPA Website and FaceBook, there is only one shot at Public Comments and that is before the Public Hearing commences. The Board can revise the agenda to allow for other Public Comments or testimony after the Public Hearing, but that is unlikely, particularly since the audience is limited (as Joe posted) to 25 due to COVID. I predict there will be six Board members, the GM and Michele in attendance. Cami will dial in, leaving seating for 17. The Board does not live stream anymore. Josh will record, and later, post the meeting on YouTube as he did with the 18 Nov meeting. Tom |
