| Joe, all communities can use constant improvement and self evaluation. A communities issues would be prioritized differently by each resident depending on how the concern affected them personally. I believe if we had more transparency by our BOD, and followed our bylaws/ DR’s correctly we would have a lot less concerns. I myself do not like any private board meetings over the internet, or any kind of internet voting. The BOD can do everything in front of the residents at the community center. Just remember this is only my opinion. | ||||||
