Honestly I haven’t watched that video. Also its not her pushing stuff in the group, it’s many homeowners bringing up what THEY feel is important. She just wanted to start a platform to get people more involved and I thought it was a great idea. Many of the items are discussed on here too. Just as Gary said, it’s preference of an outlet where people want to share. Getting people involved in committees, getting people involved in asking questions from the group collectively at board meetings, instead of just talking about the issues. Sharing why they feel they are issues. Offering suggestions to help with the issues. Sharing ideas. Future initiatives. Stuff like that. 

That must be why my news years resolution of losing 5 lbs is now pushed back to 7
