I do support the group. As I support the forum. The progress. The Bayside Gazette. MDCB. My Women’s devotional group. Girl Scout Cookies...I could go on. As far as anyone getting even, I don’t see this group as wanting to get even. I don’t see this groups goal as changing the board, I do see this group as wanting honest transparency and I see that as a good thing. A smart guy I know once said “Transparency rarely causes problems. A lack of transparency frequently causes problems."

And you‘re right. I am not an association member. As you know I worked and was heavily invested for 7 years as a FT employee and 7 years prior to that as a water aerobics teacher and I was an association member prior to moving to Berlin in 2015.  I still CARE for the association and the community as well as several of the team still in place. Unfortunately when I owned a home, I didn’t pay attention to who was running to represent me as a homeowner so YES I do feel that is important. People need to get involved.

I agree they are not the only homeowners who care. You’re not in that group and I know you care. I am going to hold to myself my opinion on how I feel OP is run.
