| I noticed some resistance when I was there and that is now 26 months in the rear view mirror. Frankly I am more than a little disappointed that this is still an unfinished project. I can’t understand why. my fear is that the whole thing is going to be abandoned. There must be a breakdown of project leadership and team commitment. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I hear you but what I am hearing is an underlying message that not everyone is committed to Northstar success. I assume you have people in mind but won’t say who.
