| Here might be the problem and perhaps Len Smith will comment. The software is built to be used most efficiently and effectively as it was built. I have a suspicion that we are trying to customize and build work arounds to do things the OPA way. Norhthstar will not support these modifications. It will be up to our own IT staff to maintain. I just wish we could have a full report of where things stand. Aka transparency. I have asked for that as well...crickets | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The problem is not employees; the problem is software unable to handle an organization the size and scope of OPA. Their infrastructure could not even handle the OPA web site. Maybe all the glitches in their system will be resolved but we are now about two years past the original completion date and their software still cannot handle our food and beverage operations the way we want. |
