| Joe, I'm sure you covered it in the past but if the system can't provide for our needs then why in God's name did we buy it to begin with? Surely somebody with an understanding of our needs looked at it beforehand and said "sorry guys, ain't gonna work". | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The problem is not employees; the problem is software unable to handle an organization the size and scope of OPA. Their infrastructure could not even handle the OPA web site. Maybe all the glitches in their system will be resolved but we are now about two years past the original completion date and their software still cannot handle our food and beverage operations the way we want. |
