| The problem is not employees; the problem is software unable to handle an organization the size and scope of OPA. Their infrastructure could not even handle the OPA web site. Maybe all the glitches in their system will be resolved but we are now about two years past the original completion date and their software still cannot handle our food and beverage operations the way we want. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I noticed some resistance when I was there and that is now 26 months in the rear view mirror. Frankly I am more than a little disappointed that this is still an unfinished project. I can’t understand why. my fear is that the whole thing is going to be abandoned. There must be a breakdown of project leadership and team commitment. |
