At $1.6 million or so that property would have been a fantastic investment for OPA back then, in more than one way. You can bet ii is worth more than $2 million today. You are correct, it is a classic example of why the boards spending limit should be reduced Marty's example, is probably more an example of why the board's spending limit should be increased. |
