For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: What makes you think Marty was directly involved? Marty’s latest comment about the land not being useful for flooding in that area is pure uninformed nonsense and you accept at face value. Colby Phillips and Public Works worked many months with a engineer, reps from the county, and a County Commissioner to develop a plan to remove water from the Pines via that property. Marty’s claim that the property is if no value for OPA drainage is ridiculous. You believing his nonsense regarding its use for drainage is even more ridiculous. Glad you found my old posts confirming my support for buying the property, its value to OPA, and my regret the board would not take it to referendum. Not to mention proof that much of the discussion, after the initial secrecy, was in public, contrary to what Marty’s comment Might lead people to believe |
