Steve Soule had 3-4 different designs as I recall depending on pipe size and layout
Kerry, can you give a Cliff Notes version of what was proposed relative to piping down Beauchamp. It seems that the current ditch is very deep most of the way down Beauchamp but in some sections it gets dammed up with leaves that never seem to get cleared out. I am not sure what would happen to water just beyond St. Martins Lane as ditch disappears. Would just a ditch work at all? [no pipe] Is much of the expense routing the water to the Beauchamp ditch from OPA flooded areas? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Steve Soule had 3-4 different designs as I recall depending on pipe size and layout . I think we had a plan and maybe even a quote. My best memory says 4 million was a Cadillac 100 year storm design that was not even considered . I think we could have done it for like 2 million or less for a 50 year storm |
