I would be opposed to this route especially when one considers our web site isn’t working again today. The ludicrous $30,000 cost being bantered about could be drastically reduced if the board wasn’t driving it up by spending “our” money on advertisements supporting their position. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: If OPA allowed members to vote on referendums and everything else electronically their argument that each referendum vote could cost $30,000 would be moot. It is time OPA modernized its communications systems. Online voting could easily be accomplished by a password-protected process. |
