For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Thanks.. I did see that particular study and found it very interesting. Here’s another look at that .. Click Here Folks (especially white males) tend to take offense but the reality is not saying many white males didn’t have to work hard to get where they are employment wise, just that it is more difficult for women and many minorities because of the inherent discrimination that continues. |
