There are 46 Of my relatives in a cemetery in South Dakota that died fighting in the Civil War..They owned farms and shops. They were fighting for the freedom of all men- to end brutal slavery. This is only one cemetery in one state. I have many more relatives that died to end this brutality.. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Nor can you change the fact that these blacks were originally enslaved by other blacks in Africa before being sold to white slave traders. Mark I'd agree. Plus another reason. Nor can we change the fact that an estimated 642,000 northern men died in the civil war to free the slaves. They paid the highest price -- on behalf of freeing the slaves. This shows:
All overcoming the kind of guilt trip which the 1619 advocates are pushing. A payment in blood. A noble sacrifice. |
