The board needs to determine if there's anything they can do about the threats. I understand the police have info but could a forensic audit of her emails be authorized and paid for by the HOA?
They certainly can and should since making death threat is a criminal offence. They need a Cyber Forensic expert to analyze Mrs. Rogers's computer, OPA email server, etc. Whomever made these emails threats leaves behind some kind of digital footprint. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Won't argue any of that - just understand why he wouldn't want to be a part of this board. It's a shame that people feel compelled to leave. The board needs to determine if there's anything they can do about the threats.
