In my opinion, which I know isn't worth a cup of coffee, I would think that after the second test which confirmed the first test our crack environmental staff would have gotten off the dime and taken action?
Has the Board of Health in Snow Hill been made aware of this problem? Do you happen to know if there is a legal requirement for OP to notify the Board of Health about a problem as serious as this? Does the Board of Health know about it now? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Robert, I am trying to find out. I think two tests were done and another in the works. The last test was back in December 2020 to my knowledge. By the way, this is part of public discussion by the committee and in minutes. Tom Janasek was board liaison. Marty is also a member of the committee. |
