Discussed here to the tune of 1000 or more posts. ![]() As for any concerns you have about state law and overcharging and reserve limits, OPA has no concerns or risks in that regard as far as I am aware. That said, I would be interested in any reference you can provide to specific laws in that regard. |

The state requires specific rules as to charging fees. - the law:rules are designed to prevent HOA ‘s from over charging and holding excessive reserves Etc it factors into how the assessment fees are calculated along with HOA needs , functions, projects , general administrative, and appropriate reserves - Hats off to GM and our employees for holding the line during the last 2.years of COVID - Joe- I don’t have details but I believe OP received COVID assistance funds - not sure how much |
