Hi Jack,
You and I were around the area in the 1969-1970 era and know how it looked. Ocean Pines had a good sized dock for bringing people and food back and forth from Ocean Pines to the Beach Club. All food was cooked at the Beach Club and member could come over in their boats if the wished. Secrets has built on that space..and did so a long time ago. I think most old timers know this. For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty, do you think, if adjusted as you mentioned, that the property line would follow the tree line on Seacrets side down to the waters edge? Just looks like a natural place for it to be?
