This picture and the depicted property line are very deceiving. Without pulling the file I can safely say your boundary line is way off. As I remember it that property line should start very close to where depicted at Coastal Highway but needs to be adjusted approximately 5 to 7 degrees to the north at where it ends at the bay. There is a very small encroachment by a rest room on the Southside of our property about 3/4 of the way to the bay.
