If the $4,500 assessment includes lawn care, trash pick up insurance on the improvements and use of the amenities then it might well be a better value then our $896 assessment. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I never said an assessment with some insurance coverage is of no benefit. I do wonder if an assessment of $4500 a year offers real value beyond the $896 OPA assessment. |
