| I never said an assessment with some insurance coverage is of no benefit. I do wonder if an assessment of $4500 a year offers real value beyond the $896 OPA assessment. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe - it was you who said an amenity not used is of no benefit. I never suggested keeping out outsiders, nor that everyone could play. Just wondering why in your opinion an HOA fee which includes some insurance coverage is of no benefit but a golf course most of us never use is. |
