Just to add on and maybe further clarify, I did receive a second response from Director Horn this afternoon.
"Two years ago the board discussed prohibiting the acceptance of complimentary food and beverages at MOC establishments by board members. The minority was in favor of this prohibition but the majority voted to apply the prohibition to non OPA owned facilities only." |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Did you ever receive a response from the Board regarding this “policy” of free food and beverages at non Ocean Pines Matt Ortt establishments? Not from board, but director Daly said he thought that was the policy. If so, a very bad policy. |
