| Yeah, it’s backwards. it should read that board members can get free food and drink at Matt Ortt companies properties OUTSIDE of OPA only. You might remember Janasek was getting free beers from MOC inside Ocean Pines. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: "Two years ago the board discussed prohibiting the acceptance of complimentary food and beverages at MOC establishments by board members. The minority was in favor of this prohibition but the majority voted to apply the prohibition to non OPA owned facilities only." If the above is from Horn, I am confused. It reads as though board members can receive free food and beverages at OPA-owned facilities?????? I know of no such public vote, but perhaps I missed it. |
