Frank, can you confirm the following as a result of charges a couple of years ago related to Janasek and alleged comped drinks at the YC?
Incredibly, an informed source tells OceanPinesForum.com that in that closed session the board decided it was not permissible for board members to receive free food and drink in the Matt Ortt Companies operations in OPA venues, but board members could accept free food and drink at Matt Ortt Companies restaurant operations outside of Ocean Pines. |
