No. That is not correct. The prohibition applies to OPA-owned facilities only, not those that we do not own. At the time the decision was made, the majority of the sitting directors believed that this policy decision is in keeping with our conflict of interest policy. This is not to say that any sitting directors currently accept complimentary food or beverage from any of the facilities. It simply is meant to inform you of the policy decision that was made in the past.
