This flyer shows me these people are trying to reach out past social media and that might be a good thing.
Did anyone say it was a bad thing? Candidates have been buying the list for decades - even prior to social media. It is a smart thing to do. Of course this mailing was credited as coming from a Facebook social media site. By the way, given your concern over board amenity use, the money spent on these mailings could almost pay for amenity use of two board members. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: When I was a Realtor, we purchased the lists like this annually so we could farm neighborhoods for sales. Usually, a couple times a year we would also send out flyers telling the “farm” what wonderful people we were and how we would out pace any competitor. This flyer shows me these people are trying to reach out past social media and that might be a good thing. |
