Wasn't in Lakernisk who sued the OPA concerning his candidacy to run for a nonpaying position on the OPA board?
No, Lakernick has never sued OPA to be a candidate to my knowledge. That said, I think he and 20 or so others may have added their names in some aspect to the case where Farr sued OPA and won. Check the court records |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Cut down on frivolous lawsuits? Wasn't in Lakernisk who sued the OPA concerning his candidacy to run for a nonpaying position on the OPA board? I'm very leery about a person wanting a nonpaying position so badly! |
