in response to your comment, "why use candidate Monica Rakowski's address for the return envelope address when the letter in the mailing itself says it came from a Facebook group" maybe some have learned that yes, some disgruntled persons would use information such as home addresses or names to cast threats or worse vandalism against opposing candidates as was alleged in prior incidents in Ocean Pines.

I am assuming you have researched or know the creator of the Facebook posting and that is the basis for your assumption and statement, "apparently the creator/owner/manager of that group lives in Pennsylvania."

I can only speak for myself, but remarks are not an expression of upset, and / or anger in any way, just my interpretations of your reporting from comments expressed in your sent messages as they related to postcards sent by unknown origins. By the way I did not receive any of these solicitations or postcards as of mail delivery today.
