The law is what matters and the previous board has lost its last three law suits according to the law. I am not sure that Mr. Janasek’s reported behavior had anything to do with the case. Get over it! Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I think if the lawyer had been familiar with Janasek’s past behavior vis a vis the GM and had considered the potential loss of liquor license for continuing to allow his behavior to go unchecked, things might have gone differently. Did I miss those items in defense of Ocean Pines’ board decisions? We could pretend that judges always get it right. A judge is only as good as what he/she/they are presented. |
