| The history between Tom and the GM (including his side of that) was fully presented to the Court at the hearing. I have no idea what is meant by "potential loss of liquor license." Not an issue in the case. Not a purported reason given by the Board for its "ban." Not a thing. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I think if the lawyer had been familiar with Janasek’s past behavior vis a vis the GM and had considered the potential loss of liquor license for continuing to allow his behavior to go unchecked, things might have gone differently. Did I miss those items in defense of Ocean Pines’ board decisions? We could pretend that judges always get it right. A judge is only as good as what he/she/they are presented. |
