Why do I keep thinking if you were on the other side that “fully presented” would have been more effective in discounting that particular bad faith argument. |

I have no idea what is meant by "potential loss of liquor license." Not an issue in the case. Not a purported reason given by the Board for its "ban." Not a thing. |
