I do not support the board in the Janasek case. The board took the actions which resulted in the court case. According to the court decision you posted, the board did not follow the 2 scenarios allowable by our by-laws. And the management does have the right to take action and did escort TJ off the premises. So i don't understand why the board voted by majority to adopt Frank Daley's motion only after they found out it was TJ. I do not condone his actions, and i certainly don't think the board majority who is supposedly acting on our behalf did so.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Thanks Ken. Keep in mind that the Board of Directors did not initiate any lawsuit. I do not know how to answer your question. Boards make decisions. They are sometimes sued over those decisions. What actions are you referencing? Sounded like you were opposed to the board in the Farr case but supported the board in the Janasek case. |
