For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Hi Joe ~ This allegation by you and others that the board had anything to do with Amy not getting hired or rehired is outrageous. The board and more clearly this current board has nothing to do with employment of personnel working under the GM in operations. The only person that reports to the board is the GM….PERIOD. And to go further regarding employment law, Maryland is a “At Will“ employment state and can hire, rehire, terminate or rescind any offer of employment with or without cause. Thanks Rick |
